Mr. Chancellor/Hamada al-Sawy, Deputy General Speaker of the Assembly of Arab Representatives, was received on Saturday, the 29th of this month by members of the Public Prosecutor's Offices and the Public Prosecutor's Offices. and other Arab siblings in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, The Sultanate of Oman, Qatar, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Palestine, the Kingdom of Morocco and the Sudan, At the headquarters of the Office of Sovereignty in New Cairo, as a result of their participation in a specialized workshop convened by the Egyptian Public Prosecutor's Office, in her capacity as President of the Association, on the role of the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Public Prosecutor's Office in combating trafficking in human beings. and related transnational organized crime, in partnership with the Institute for Criminal Research and Training of Egypt's Attorney-General and the International Organization for Migration (IOM), between 29 and 31 this month.
During the meeting, His Excellency welcomed all Arab siblings present at the workshop, wishing to achieve an exchange of experiences in the light of global challenges and the evolution of this type of crime throughout the world. To confront them with united visions, and to increase the efficiency of the organs with the rapid development of these crimes, In the light of the legislative rapprochement between the Arab countries, His Excellency called for the need to present recommendations and ideas at the end of the workshop in order to contribute to the development of fair justice in all Arab States. To be the intention of more courses and workshops in the coming periods, the attendees expressed their appreciation for the objective of this specialized workshop and their gratitude for the hospitality and reception.
Yesterday, the first of the workshop, which began with a speech by Mr. Chancellor, President of Appeal, Mohamed Khalaf, Head of the International Cooperation and Human Rights Departments of the Egyptian Attorney General's Office, began and Mr. Chancellor President of Appeal/Ahmed El Saeed Director of the Institute for Criminal Research and Training of the Egyptian Public Prosecutor's Office, During the session, they welcomed the attendance and affirmed the usefulness of this workshop in combating the phenomenon of human trafficking and developing the level of members and mechanisms for combating it. Mr. Laurent de Brook, Head of Mission of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), also made a statement in which he expressed great pleasure at participating in the workshop, which would contribute to the transfer of experiences among participants; To keep pace with the dramatic increase in human trafficking offences and the development of prevention methods and support for victims, lectures on the topic of the workshop began for the first day, delivered by Mr. Mohamed Habib, Chief Prosecutor of the Department of International Cooperation of the Egyptian Public Prosecutor's Office.
