Recognizing the need for:

• Maximize the use of international judicial cooperation mechanisms between us in order to achieve effective prosecution of all forms of crime.
• Strengthen prosecutors' technical and administrative capacities to combat crime, in particular in the areas of combating terrorism and its financing, transnational organized crime in all its forms, corruption, money-laundering, cybercrime and environmental crimes, in accordance with all international instruments and instruments, in particular human rights.
• Promote legal dialogue and understanding among public prosecutors in order to promote a fair and effective fight against crime in all its forms.
• The importance of exchanging experiences among the public prosecutors' offices of our countries to raise and strengthen their capacities.

We, the deputies at large and the heads of the Arab public prosecutor's offices, recognize the need to make greater use of the mechanisms of international judicial cooperation between us to prosecute crimes in all their forms. We also aim to strengthen prosecutors' technical and administrative capabilities in the areas of combating terrorism, organized crime, corruption, money-laundering and cybercrime. We also seek to promote legal dialogue and exchange of experiences among our states' prosecutors.

The Assembly of Arab General Representatives, also known as the (ARAP), plays an important role in promoting cooperation and coordination among public prosecutors in the Arab world. The Assembly of Arab General Representatives is certainly an important platform for exchanging experiences and promoting cooperation among public prosecutors in the Arab region.

- Disseminate legal awareness of fundamental norms and principles in criminal justice management systems and their practical applications and support the rule of law.
- Strengthen international cooperation in the collection and presentation of evidence, tracking and confiscation of proceeds of crime and prosecution of fugitives.
- Strengthen measures to combat and eliminate corruption.
- Emphasize the importance of the role of public prosecutors in the achievement of criminal justice.
- Strengthen the good relationship between prosecutors, facilitate the exchange and dissemination of information, expertise and experience among them and encourage the use of information technology.
- To affirm respect for human rights and to promote this concept, as endorsed by the United Nations General Assembly in December 1948, as contained in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
